My goal is to help you achieve optimal health and well-being without resorting to fad diets or giving up the foods you love. Instead, we take a sustainable approach, working with you to develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

As a nutritionist, I am passionate about empowering others to live healthy lifestyles through proper nutrition and fitness. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen to find new and exciting ways to prepare healthy meals. Additionally, my top priority is identifying any underlying health issues that may be affecting your well-being. I specialise in identifying and treating a variety of conditions, including digestive issues like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), metabolic disorders such as diabetes, and cardiovascular issues such as high blood pressure. Through a comprehensive assessment, I will work with you to develop a personalised plan to address any underlying health issues and improve your overall health and well-being.

I understand that life can be busy and there is a lot of conflicting information out there when it comes to nutrition. That's why I focus on providing individualised, evidence-based advice that is realistic and sustainable. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, increase energy, or improve your sports nutrition, I can help.
